Appellation : Appellation Vosne Romanée Contrôlée

Grape Variety : 100 % Pinot Noir
Alcohol : 13% alc.vol.
Winemaking : The grapes are hand-picked, 100% de-stemmed and placed in vats. After a prefermentary cold maceration, the alcoholic fermentation begins. Punching of the cap is carried out twice a day. The wine is then raised in oak barrels for 18 months (with 20 to 30% new oak). It is racked up to three times during this period. It is bottled after fining and without being filtered to ensure all the aromas are expressed fully.
Tasting Notes : This Vosne Romanée is a deep red colour. The nose is fruity and slightly spicy. It is perfectly balanced on the palate with silky, well blended tannins. Its long finish suggests it has very good potential for ageing.
Serving Suggestions : Roast Duck, Hare Stew, Regional Cheeses.
Ageing Potential : We can begin to appreciate it after 2 to 3 years or let it age in the cellar for

8 to 12 years.
